If you placed your order using your account:
- Check that your email address is correct when connecting to My account. If that's not the case, please correct it (see How to change my personal details).
- Check that your confirmation email hasn’t gone to your spam or junk mail folders.
- You can also check that your order has been placed correctly in ‘My account/My orders.
If you placed your order as a guest:
- Check that your confirmation email hasn’t gone to your spam or junk mail folders.
